WHAT IS A BAIL BOND?
A bail bond is simply just a contract between the bail bonds agent and the client to ensure that the defendant gets out of jail, but will still show up to court. In this contract, the person who signs it takes responsibility to make sure that the defendant does in fact show up to court on time.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR A BAIL BOND?
We accept all major credit cards, cash, or check. You could also use a combination of either of those options. We do also offer the option of a payment plan if the price of the bond is still too high.
HOW DO I KNOW I COULD TRUST YOUR AGENCY?
Our agency is family owned, which means that we will treat you like one of our own and we will not quit until the defendant is released from jail.
WHAT DO I DO IF I MISS MY COURT APPEARANCE?
When you miss your court date, you will have a warrant issued for your arrest and your bond will be revoked unless you talk to your bail bonds agent. He or she will be able to get your court date rescheduled.
HOW DO I SET UP A PAYMENT PLAN WITH YOUR AGENCY?
If you would like to set up a payment plan, then you could contact one of our agents with your situation and they will set up a payment plan that works for you.
WHAT IS THE INTEREST RATE FOR FINANCING A BAIL BOND?
There is no interest rate applied to a bail bond. But we may need to ask for some form of collateral in order to complete the payment plan.
WHAT COUNTS AS A MISDEMEANOR?
A misdemeanor is described as any crime that has a level of seriousness, but less than that of a felony. For most misdemeanors, the punishment will be less than a year in prison or just a fine and probation.
WHAT COUNTS AS A FELONY?
In order for a crime to be considered a felony, it would have to put the defendant's life as well as others in danger. These crimes are punished with at least a year in prison with a fine and possible some form of probation once the defendant has completed his or her jail time.
